Industrial boltless shelving is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets. It comes with 5 layers and boasts a per-layer loading capacity of 150kg. Black and white are the regular color options available. Its production process includes punching, bending, forming, spraying, and packaging. The main components of the shelving consist of uprights, beams (including long beams and short beams), layer boards, and accessories. The uprights are 1980mm long with exterior hole or internal hole.

Specifically, layer boards are wooden MDF board. The regular thickness of the wooden MDF board is 8mm. And double-side lamination with waterproof function. This gives the wooden board good water resistance. And makes it more wear-resistance and durable. 

Packaging:

1. 10 long beams, 10 short beams and 5 boards will be packed into one carton. Every 20 columns will be packed separately in PP woven fabric.
2. We can increase bubble pad package outside of carton.
