How to install the boltless shelf
The boltless shelf know as the rivet shelves or industrial shelving is a new style light duty shelf which is usually used at the ding-room, bedroom, garage, supermarket, school, library and so on other places. It is very popular all over the world with its good looking appearance, and easy installing. It requires no bolts or screws for assembling but only use the rivet on beams to lock into the holes. Also the storage shelf can be installed with only one person and no need of any tools can finish the installing. Today let me show how to install the shelf.
First, unpack and organize the parts
Lay out all the parts: 4pcs of columns(vertical frames),10pcs of short beams and 10pcs of long beams(horizontal supports), shelf board( MDF board or metal iron board), 4pcs of foot.
Second, put on the foot at the bottom of the upright. Then install the short beams into the holes with 2 columns. Note the small head of the hole should be down while the flat face of the beams should be up. Put the rivet buckles into the holes will be OK.
Third, put the installed column frames on the wall and then install the other two columns with the short beams which should be on the same level as the first installed one.
Forth, connect the two columns frames with the long beams.
Fifth, put on the shelf board one by one.
