How to produce the boltless shelf
Boltless shelves are the new style storage shelving unit that can be freely-assembled without using bolts. The shelves is the non-wall mounted units and is the freestanding style. 1. The raw material of the shelves
The boltless racking shelves are made from Q195 cold carbon steel which is of good ductility and malleability.
2. The punching and cutting of the shelves
The angle upright and the Z beams are punched by the automatic forming machine. When punching, the mould should be at the middle. If problems on the mould, it should be checked and changed. After punching, it comes into the cutting machines to cut the sizes according to the sizes that customer need. Besides, after the Z beams formed, it will be pressed the rivet with the rivet machines.
3.High temperature electrostatic spraying
After the semi products is manufactured, it will be powder coating by the high temperature electrostatic spraying. With the using of the outdoor powder, the shelves can be long time used with water-resisting and anti-rusting even at the outdoors.
4.Package
The vertical upright is usually 20pcs packed by the PP woven cloth. For the shelves, usually 5pcs of the shelf board, 10pcs of short Z beam and 10pcs of the long Z beam packed by the export mail cartons which ensures the shelf into good condition in transporting.
