THE DIFFERENT DESIGNS OF THE MEDIUM DUTY RACKING SYSTEMS
Medium-duty racking systems are versatile storage solutions designed for loads typically ranging from 200 kg to 500 kg per level, widely used in warehouses, retail, and manufacturing. With the rapid development of exporting business, there is new designed storage racking with the upright fixed by screws instead of welding to save up container space. Let us see different design parameters.
1)Light duty rack.
This racking usually loads 100kg per level. The section of the upright usually 40*50mm and the beam section is 30*50mm. And the upright design is usually butterfly holes.
2)Medium duty storage warehouse racking system
For the racking loading capacity 200kg, the upright design is also butterfly units. The upright section can be 40*80mm or 50*75mm. The beams sections is 40*60mm.
For the racking loading capacity 300kg and 500kg, the upright design here is butterfly units and diamond units. The upright section of butterfly unit is usually 50*75mm. The beams sections is 40*60mm. The upright section of diamond unit is usually 50*65mm. The beams sections is also 40*60mm which with 3 clips to be more strong.
The above parameters is the standard. Thickness can be chosen. ODM or OEM is also accepted.
