Updating Bolt-less Rivet Shelving
Bolt-less rivet shelvings are a modern hardware racking that adopts a bolt-less and nut-less design, adding rivets to Z beams to connect with uprights. Bolt less shelving is easy to install, and widely used in warehouse, garage, office, bedroom, kitchen and etc.
Bolt free rivet shelving has four components: metal beams, metal uprights, layer boards(MDF wooden board or iron board), and plastic foot set. As classic style, uprights are outer hole design.
To increase market share, now we update our bolt free shelf. Firstly, we launch new arrival with separated uprights including outer hole and inner hole design. For separated uprights, we can put all the components into cartons to decrease the damage and cost during delivery.
Secondly, we have increased cross bar per layer. Cross bar is independent researched and designed by our factory. Due to this part, our bolt-less rivet shelving can increase 50kg
load capacity per layer, whose load capacity up to 150kg -200kg. This design can improve shelf utilization, allowing more heavy goods to be placed on the shelves. So we increase our sales by less cost because of cross bar.
Thirdly, we have updated the rivets. Previous rivets have the problems that some installed shelves look crooked and some shelves cannot be installed easily. But we have changed the rivet supplier, and adopt high-quality rivets. This decision helps us to completely avoid the such problems, and improve our product quality.
